Job Summary:
E-MEDIX is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery Executive to handle the delivery of medicines to our franchisee partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
About the Role
As a Delivery Executive at e-Medix Smart Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical stock from our central warehouse or supplier locations to our franchisee partner stores across the region. You’ll be the essential link in maintaining stock flow, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction at the store level.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Delivery Operations: Collect, load, and deliver medical and general stock items to designated e-Medix franchisee stores within the assigned zone.

Stock Verification: Match products against invoices or dispatch sheets during both pickup and drop-off to ensure accuracy in quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.

Temperature-Controlled Transport: Maintain cold-chain products using insulated boxes or ice packs, ensuring proper handling of sensitive medicines during transit.

Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes for timely and fuel-efficient travel.

Returns Handling: Collect expired or damaged stock from stores and return them to the central warehouse with appropriate documentation.

Coordination: Communicate effectively with the logistics team and store staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Compliance: Follow company protocols and pharmaceutical transport regulations and best practices.

Asset Management: Ensure the delivery vehicle, bags, and equipment are maintained in good condition and used responsibly.
Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass; Higher Secondary preferred

Valid two-wheeler driving license

Owns or has access to a two-wheeler (fuel reimbursement provided)

Basic understanding of medical product types and pharmaceutical stock handling

Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude

Willingness to travel across local areas in all weather conditions
