How much should I plan to invest?
The approved indicative investment is ₹15–16 lakh. The approved franchise fee is ₹3 lakh. Ask for a written, site-specific breakdown of inclusions, exclusions, taxes and working capital before committing.
Do I need to be a pharmacist?
A qualified pharmacist is required for pharmacy operations. Discuss staffing, licensing and your responsibilities as an owner with the franchise team.
Can I apply before finding a property?
Yes. You can tell the team that you are searching or have not decided on a property. Proposed locations are evaluated individually.
Who owns and runs the store?
The franchise owner owns and operates the business under the FOFO model. e-medix provides the support set out in the agreed terms.
Does applying reserve my city or the current fee?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. City availability, fees, site approval and other terms must be confirmed by the franchise team in writing.
