Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Certification in Graphic Design / Digital Marketing is a plus
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Graphic Designer to manage and enhance our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual design, content planning, and short-form video creation, with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Create engaging and brand-aligned content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Graphic Design:
Design high-quality social media posts, banners, posters, advertisements, and reel thumbnails.
Copy writing:
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Video Editing:
Edit short-form videos and reels (basic to intermediate level) for social media platforms.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in design, tone, and messaging across all content.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and content planning.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation and graphic design.
Strong working knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro preferred).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time from office (Patna).
